Service terms

Effective August 24, 2026. These terms govern use of Centennial Arts Email, a read-only email connector operated by Hanna Group LLC.

Authorized use

You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in information, following applicable law, and not using the service to violate another person's rights or security.

Service scope

The service can list accounts and folders, search and read selected email, show attachment metadata, analyze bounded activity, and reconstruct conversations. It cannot send, change, or delete email, mark messages read, or download attachment files.

Availability and third parties

The service may be limited, suspended, changed, or unavailable for maintenance, security, provider outages, or misuse. ChatGPT, Cloudflare, Centennial Arts, and other third-party services remain subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers and ending service

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Search results and summaries may be incomplete and should be checked against the original mailbox. Either party may end use of the service. Disconnecting removes active connector access as described in the privacy notice.
