Effective August 24, 2026. Hanna Group LLC operates Centennial Arts Email.

Information we process

We process account sign-in information, the email data needed to complete a requested read-only action, service and security records, and information submitted through the support form. Passwords are encrypted and are never sent to ChatGPT or placed in chat.

How we use information

We use information only to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service; comply with law; and prevent misuse. We do not sell customer email data or use it for advertising.

Service providers

We use service providers, including OpenAI, Cloudflare, Centennial Arts, and Microsoft, to operate ChatGPT integration, hosting, mailbox access, security, and support. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and choices

Disconnecting removes active connector access, stored sign-in information, connector state, and the service's search index. Limited security and deletion records are normally retained for 30 days. Backup copies may remain for a limited recovery period.

The support form collects a name, reply email, issue type, and details. We retain support requests only as long as needed for support, security, or legal obligations. Cloudflare Email Preview is disabled.

Use the support form for access, correction, deletion, or privacy requests. Never include a password, token, or email message content.
